Perimeter = radius + radius + 1/4 circumference

= 7 + 7 + (2 x 22/7 x 7)/4

= 7 + 7 + 44/4

= 7 + 7 + 11

= 25 cm

Answer: 5.5 cm

Explanation:

The perimeter of a circle is referred to as the circumference

Circumference of a FULL circle = π·r

\text{Circumference of a quarter of a circle}= (1)/(4)\pi \cdot r

C=(1)/(4)\pi \cdot 7\\\\\\.\quad =(7)/(4)\pi\\

\text{Remember that}\ \pi=(22)/(7)\\\\(7)/(4)* (22)/(7)\quad =(22)/(4)\quad \rightarrow \quad (11)/(2)\quad = \quad \large\boxed{5.5}
