The probability will be the quotient of the circle’s degree(360) and the shaded area(106). Being 106/360, giving you .29444 then multiply by 100 or move the decimal giving you 29.4% rounding to 29%

A full circle is 360 degrees

The shaded portion is 106 degrees.

The probability of being in the shaded area would be 106/360 = 0.294444 = 29.4%
