Answer: y+9=-2(x-9)

Explanation:

The point-slope equation is
y-y_(1) =m(x-x_(1) ). All we have to do is fill in all the values except for y and x.

To find m, you use
(y_(2)-y_(1) )/(x_(2) -x_(1) ). Since we are given 2 points, we cna plug them in.

(13-(-9))/(-2-9) =(22)/(-11) =-2. Now that we have our slope m, we can fill in the point slope equation.

y-(-9)=-2(x-9)

y+9=-2(x-9)
