The surface area of a cylinder is given by

SA = 2pi r^2 + 2 pi rh

The diameter is 4 meters so the radius is 1/2 of the diameter = d/2 = 2 meters

SA = 2 * pi * (2)^2 + 2 pi *2*6

= 8pi +24pi

= 32 pi m^2
