If I cut a piece of cake into 3 equal parts then each slice will be 0.333333 of the whole. If I put the three wholes back together I get 0.333333 x 3 = 0.999999. Where did the 0.000001 of the cake go?

Explanation:

That is because 1/3 is not exactly equal to 0.333333. 0.333333 is a rounded number from the real number which 0.3 and the 3 goes on forever. In the image it show the the answer, in where the 3 goes on forever.
