Explanation:

First I started with the triangles, which is 7 times 5. Triangles are half of rectangles and squares. So 35 divided by 2 is 17.5, but since there is two triangles, so we would keep the 35.

For the sides are 12 times 10 is 120, and there is two sides so 120 +120=240.

Last is the 5 times 10 = 50.

50 + 240 + 35 = 325

So the answer is 325 sq. ft.
