A=pi r^2
A= pi(4^2)
A=pi(16)
A=50.265...ft^2
2A=100.5309...ft^2
C=pi d
C=8pi
C=25.1327...ft^2
25.1327...(50)= 1256.637...
1256.637...+100.5309...=1357.167... so the surface area of the tan is about 1357.2 ft^2
