The increase is 9. 24-15 or 15- 24 can be used to solve this. The absolute value of both of them is 9. So the answer is 9 hope this helped :p

the answer would be she had an increase of 9 records this year. so she had 15 last year and this year 24. to get the increase you should subtract the amount she had this year (24) by the amount she had last year (15). this equals 9.
