Answer:
x=(3)/(5)

Explanation:

Move all terms to one side.

25x^2+9-30x=0

Rewrite
25x^2+9-30x in the form
a^2-2ab+b^2, where
a=5x and
b=3

(5x)^2-2(5x)(3)+3^2=0

Use the Square of Difference:
(a-b)^2=a^2-2ab+b^2

(5x-3)^2=0

Take the square root of both sides.

5x-3=0

Add 3 to both sides.

5x=3

Divide both sides by 5.

x= 3/5
