There are 20 ways but I will give you 4 :)

1. Multiply the numerator and the denominator by 2:

5/7 x 2/2 = 10/14

2. Multiply the numerator and the denominator by 3:

5/7 x 3/3 = 15/21

3. Multiply the numerator and the denominator by 4:

5/7 x 4/4 = 20/28

4. Multiply the numerator and the denominator by 5:

5/7 x 5/5 = 25/35
