If it comes to a point where you don’t know how to answer a question- product of elimination.

Summarizing ideas would make much sense, nor would it to organize materials. Neither is criticizing viewpoints.

The two answers that makes the most sense would be either abiding plagiarism or to direct the readers.

Most of everyone’s information for there work comes from online, so if you word it differently and change up and only use small portions from that website, it shouldn’t be a problem.

BUT if people want to learn more about the original source, for there own personal enjoyment that would make sense to me
