Should a person have both brain and courage to help out in difficult and dangerous situation?? why/why not??

Answer: Yes

Courage:

Courage, in the sense of acting in a way that responds to risk appropriately, not over-confidently or in a cowardly way, will also help us to accomplish 'good' things. Courage also helps us to act against those who threaten, or who act in a bad way.

Brain:

Helping others triggers impacts to our brain in many positive ways. When we help others, our brains release oxytocin, serotonin and dopamine. These hormones have the effect of boosting our mood and counteract the effect of cortisol (the stress hormone)
