The answer is -4x+3y= -11 because you would flip the -6x over with the -2y and the equations would look like this
2x+y=3
6x-2y=14
Then the 6x and 2x would turn into a -4x and the -2y and y would turn into 3y and the 14 and 3 would turn into a -11
