Answer:

Read explanation

Step-by-step explanation:

The environment we grow up in and the experiences we undergo can help shape who we are and the type of person we could soon be. As we age, we will see many people who are alike and different from us, and this could help us find out the type of person we are. Whether we grow to be harsh and narcissistic or kind and sentimental all depends on what we experience. As soon as we born, we are revealed to the world and the people that inhabit it, it all depends on the path that we go through and the choices we make.

If you were to be born in the slums and a poor neighborhood, you would automatically be placed on a lower pedestal than everyone else. Of course, in the end, being poor will lead you to a cruel life. You may learn to steal and con others to benefit yourself so you, yourself, could survive. This environment throws you into an eat-or-starve mindset, forcing you to cope with the many struggles the lower class goes through. You grow up starved and only care about yourself, the only way to survive in such an environment. On the other hand, say you were born in an upper-class mansion in a good neighborhood with everything in your favor. Whether you be selfish or caring depends on your experiences. If you lend money to a poor person and they later steal from you, you will perceive them as thieves and may choose not to help the next lower-class you see. This turns into a habit and you become selfish, not wanting to share your valuables. You may grow up to be a conservative person that looks down on people that are lower than you.
