4. Rewrite a formula to isolate a variable:

The velocity(v) of a rocket depends on the time it was firing its boosters(t), and on
the exhaust velocity(c) and on the ratio of mass full to empty(R). Units are km/s.
v = -0098t + c ln R
a. Rewrite the formula so that it solves for R.
V=-0098t + clnR

Answer:

v=-0.098t+c\ln(R)\\c\ln(R)=v+0.098t\\ln(R)=(v+0.098t)/(c) \\R=e^{(v+0.098t)/(c)}
