Well newtons first second law states that F = ma where F is the net force, m is the mass and a is the acceleration.
Since we want to find the mass we can rearrange to make m = F/a.
If we plug in the value we get 1999/1.5 which will give us 1332.666…kg and since we want it to the nearest kilogram we must round it to 1333kg.
