Explanation:

out of the 4 cards only two are >3 (4 and 5)

so 2/4 on the first choice (simplified to 1/2)

picking a 5 is 1/4 since there is only one 5

since they are happening at the same time multiply the two probabilities

1/2*1/4

=1/8

=0.125

=12.5%
