I would say drink water instead of soda but honestly they all are healthy ways to manage weight

Drink water instead of soda

sleep eight hours every night

actually all of these are healthy ways of managing the weight...but these to are related to health directly....if u asked for one u can choose the 1st one i wrote above...ty:)
