or , 2x =5 y - y - 8

or, 2x = 4 y - 8

or, x = 4y - 8/2

or,. x = 2y- 4

therefore, 2x + y is equal to 5 y - 8 Being the opposite side of a parallelogram

now,

3y + 2 x is equal to 4x - 3 being opposite side of a parallelogram

or, 3y + 2 x-4x = -3

or,. 3y -2x = -3
