Plyometrics are known as a jump training, some plyometric exercises are Burpees, Spilt Squad Jumps, Box Jumps, Power Step Up, etc. Speed loading is moving a load as rapidly as possible, mostly leg workouts. Some exercises are like squats, back pedal, lunges, etc.
