Bad habits. We all have them. They interrupt your life and can prevent you from accomplishing your goals. They can even jeopardise your health- mentally and physically, as well as wasting your time and energy. To break them, you could: replace it with a good habit, like checking in with friends, cut out as many triggers as possible, join forces with somebody, surround yourself with people who live the way you want to live, visualise yourself succeeding, and plan for failure (everyone has a slip- up now and again).
