Answer:

The slope of line passes (x1, y1) and (x2, y2) could be calculated by:

slope = (y2 - y1)/(x2 - x1)

=>A line passes (5, 1) and (2, -2) has the slope:

slope = (-2 - 1)/(2 - 5) = (-3)/(-3) = 1

Hope this helps!
