Ok so the mean is the average of all the data. So we add up all the numbers, then divide that by the quantity of numbers.

For week one, thats 48,52,52,53,60,63,65 which equals 393, then we divide that by 7, and get 56.142857142857, so we round that to 56.1

Week 2 is 54,55,56,59,60,62,63 which is 409 divided by 7, and thats 58.428571428571 rounded is 58.4

Next up is the MAD (mean absolute deviation) thats the average distance between each value and the mean.

Week 1 MAD: 5.5918367346939 5.5

Week 2 MAD: 2.9387755102041 2.9
