Explanation:

Multiply 6 with inside the parenthesis 6(2x+3y) ➡ 12x + 18y

Multiply 3 with inside the parenthesis 3(x-y) ➡ 3x - 3y

Now add them up

12x + 18y + 3x - 3y = 15x + 15y ➡ 15(x + y)
