Marking brainless Why is it important to understand your “audience”when making a PSA?

You want the audience to connect to the PSA on a deeper level. Understanding the audience allows the PSA to be somewhat personalized to the audience’s preexisting ideas. For example if your audience is young children, you may want to include references to toys or a play ground to help them connect to the information.
