Explanation:

You don't need the point, its pretty much useless.

If its even, when you plug -x into the equation, it will stay the same

If its odd, when you plug -x into the equation, the signs will change

g(x) =
x^(3)

Lets plug in -x.

g(x) = (-x)³

g(x) = -x³

The equation is different! That means the equation is odd!
