HELP! Can someone please re phrase these sentences because I cannot think of another way to say what I mean and i keep repeating myself!!!

“I feel as though i have no right to speak directly on this subject because i did not personally experience the Holocaust.”

“As a society we cannot fully comprehend the mass destruction and loss during the time of WWII”
