Ted runs in 95 minutes= 20 km
Ted runs in 1 minute= 20/95
Ted runs in 285 minutes= 20/95*285= 60km

You just have to cross multiply. 20 x 285 = 5700. 5700 / 95 = 60.
He will run 60km
