Answer: 462 yards ^3

Explanation:

The equation for the volume of a cylinder is πr^2h

the diameter is 7 yards and the radius is just half the diameter so the radius is 3.5

the height is 12 yards

so π(3.5)^2(12) = 461.814120078 yards ^3
