Given that the formula to find distance is Distance = Speed×Time. Then you have substitute the values into the formula :


distance = speed * time

Let speed = 5.7×10²,

Let time = 1.4×10¹,


d = (5.7 * {10}^(2) ) * (1.4 * 10)


d = (5.7 * 1.4) * ( {10}^(2) * 10)


d = 7.98 * {10}^(3) miles
