To get the equation of a circle we plug your information into this equation:


(x-h)^(2) +(y-k)^(2) =r^(2)

Your h is the x coordinate of the center, -2.3 and your k is the y coordinate of the center, 0. The r is your radius. So we plug these values in to get
(x+2.3)^(2) +y^(2) =(6/7)^(2) which then gives us the final answer of
(x+2.3)^(2) +y^(2) =36/49.
