Because there isn't a 16 inbetween the circle and plus etc! and it could be C. also, because it is 4 and 4 is in-between the circle but, the difference between the answer A and C is the plus sign or the minus sign so let's think about that, it could be A or C............A. says (x-3)2 + (y-3)2=4 that seems correct and C. says (x+3)2 + (y+3)2 = 4.......we do not add in this case so it is definitely A. :)
