Gender-based violence is a frequent theme in our daily lives, since, unfortunately, situations involving this type of violence can be noticed in the most different environments we can imagine.
Social media is a perfect environment for this type of violence to be debated and scolded and most media portray this issue as something serious and that is very harmful in our society. However, some media present this theme incorrectly, often glamorizing and instigating violent and harmful behaviors to people of different genders, as well as different types of violence present in society.
