Answer: substitute to these ingredients:

low sodium chicken broth (CHICKEN BROTH HAS 955 mg OF SODIUM)

non fat plain Greek yogurt (61 mg for regular and only 55mg for nonfat)

broccoli florets (49 mg for regular broccoli and only 30mg in florets)
