x=4

this is because
if you multiply 5 and x which is 6, it is 30

if u subtract 30 from 62, u get 32

and 32 divided by 8 is 4

Answer:

x=4

Explanation:

For this, we have to plug the y-value into the equation.

8x+5(6)=62

Now we solve for x: 8x+30=62

8x=32

x=4

Therefore, x=4

I hope this helped and have a good rest of your day!
