Answer: 6.28 feet

Explanation:

Area of the lens= πr^2

Since area has been given as 3.14

3.14 = πr^2

Note that π = 3.14

3.14 = 3.14r^2

r^2 = 3.14/3.14

r^2 = 1

r = ✓1

r = 1

The radius of the lens is 1

Circumference of the lens= 2πr

= 2 × 3.14 × 1

= 6.28 feet
