Julie made a line plot to show the lengths in inches of the crayons in her art supply box. Line plot named as ALTDCLengths of CrayonsALTDC shows a number line from 2 to 4. The number line is divided into 8 equal parts. 1 dot on two and one-fourth, 2 dots on two and half, 3 dots on two and three-fourths, 1 dot on three and half and 1 dot on three and three-fourths is given. Drag the numbers to write an equation for the total length t of the crayons. Numbers may be used once or not at all.

Answer:

Explanation:

Look at the chart. For example, 2 1/4 has one dot above it. So you will put 1 x 2 1/4. All you’re doing is counting the number of dots above each fraction and thats how you get your answer!
