An angle measures 22.8° more than the measure of its supplementary angle. What is the measure of each angle?

1 supplementary angles equal 180 degrees.

Make an equation and solve:

X + x + 22.8 = 180

2x = 157.2

X = 157.2/2

X = 78.6

One angle is 78.6 degrees

The other angle is 101.4 degrees
