Explanation:

1) if given f(x)=3x²-6x+4 (where a=3; b=-6 and c=4), then


x_0=(-b)/(2a); \ = > \ x_0=1;


y_0=3*1-6*1+4=1;

it means, the vertex has coordinates (1;1).

2) if according to the condition x=0, then

f(0)=0-0+4=4;

it means the Y-intercept is 4.
