1. Plot the point (0,-10)

2. Go up 1 block and over 5 blocks. This will lead to having a point. Continue this until you have enough points for a line.

3. Then draw a dotted line due to the symbol being a > or <. If a symbol is less than or equal to or greater than or equal to then it is a normal line.

4. Shade or color above the line.
