∠ MON = 128°

Explanation:

∠ LOM + ∠MON = ∠ LON , substitute values

3x + 43 + 8x + 104 = 180, that is

11x + 147 = 180 ( subtract 147 from both sides )

11x = 33 ( divide both sides by 11 )

x = 3

Thus

∠ MON = 8x + 104 = 8(3) + 104 = 24 + 104 = 128°
