Answer:

B
(b-10)/(b-1)

Explanation:

In order to get the same denominator, we need to multiply the second fraction by (b+2) in the numerator and denominator.

We will end up in something like this :
(b^(2) - 2b - 8 -6(b+2) )/((b-1)(b+2))

I just timed the second fraction by b+ 2 and then i added them together.

Therefore, we will get
(b^(2) - 8b - 20)/((b-1)(b-2))

now factoring the numerator we will end like this

((b-10)(b+2))/((b-1)(b+2))

we will then end up with the answer.

Hope this helps.
