How do you loose 20 pounds in a week?

It’s not healthy to lose 20 pounds in a week. But fasting the entire week, drinking extremely large amounts of water and exercising 2 hours a day could make you lose around 10 pounds or more in that week. Though, I do not recommend this at all because it is unsafe.
