Answer:

A= 3/2, B = 1, C = -14

Explanation:

Using the point-slope form we can plug in your point and slope.

y-y_1=m(x-x_1)

y-(-2)=-3/2(x-(-8))

y+2=-3/2(x+8)

Distribute -3/2

y+2=-3/2x-3/2*8

y+2=-3/2x-12

Get y by itself by subtracting 2 to both side.

y=-3/2x-14

3/2x+y=-14

A = 3/2 , B = 1 , C= -14
