Once we have taken measures to obtain care of our mind and body, one will be better able to live their best life. Self-care strategies are the activities of our area of interest and boost our mental health which may include writing, watching movies, mediation, etc.

Sasha feels stress in her daily life and her negative emotions lead her to feel low. When her mom gave her advice about how our mental health comprised of positive and negative emotions and how some break-in daily activities boost positive emotions, she starts to feel good. She starts using her time with leisure activities which gave her confidence and kept her in a good mood.
