A standard deck of cards contains 52 cards. Half are black cards and the other half are red cards.

52 / 2 = 26 red cards

So, the probability of choosing a red card is 26/52 or 1/2.

There are 4 jacks in a deck of cards, so the probability of choosing a jack is 4/52. We can simplify the fraction;

4/52 = 2/26 = 1/13

1/13 is decimal form is roughly 0.08

Best of Luck!
