In the article, Chris Hatfield offered two tips on how to cope with isolation and social distancing. First, learn about the thing (virus) that is a threat to you and become an expert on the subject. Second, develop a plan to structure your day (like a schedule). Chris Hatfield calls it being "your own taskmaster". 5a. What is one thing that you fear? How can you become an expert on something that fears you? What resources would you use to learn as much as you could about the topic? 5b. How are your days structured on Monday-Friday? Did you create a schedule with your parents to ensure that your assignments for each course are completed in a timely manner? How are you spending your time once you are finished with your classes for the day?

Thing i fear is my dogs catching the virus. I can become an expert on the virus by google. So my island is not on full lockdown yet. so the shelter is still open. so i got a dog to keep me busy. school is going well for me because i was homeschooled before this whole situation.

My schedule:

Time with god,

Showers and breakfast,

homeschool

feed pets.

chill time (nap, read)

Electronic time.
