I didn´t know Oración oracional exists. It doesn´t sound right to me. I prefer the term Oración exclamativa used by Larousse in order to express direct speech, using quotation-, question- or exclamation marks.

But the lines with exclamation marks, as shown in the answer, cannot be considered sentences (oraciones) because they lack the presence of a verb. So I´m a little bit puzzled. I do know that there are three phrases (frases) that are not complete sentences: the two lines mentioned above and Gran error.
