Explanation:

For side lengths, the two smallest sides (ex. 6 and 4) must have a greater sum than then highest side length. Since 6+4 is greater than 7, it creates a triange. If it would have been 5+2 it would not have worked because it needs to be greater than, not less than or equal to.
