Answer:

y= 1/5 x -1

Explanation:

Find two points ( any two of the three given)

find the slope between 5,0 and 10, 1

( 1-0)/(10-5) = m = slope = 1/5

so the line is of the form y = mx + b :

y = 1/5 x + b sub in any point to calculate 'b'

1 = 1/5 (10) + b

b = -1

y = 1/5 x -1 is your answer
